Sustainable Development Strategy for PLNGNS encompasses both environmental and social considerations, aimed at creating responsible and innovative fashion products while supporting environmental balance and social equity.

1. Environmental Sustainability
Materials and Recycling:
- Use of secondary materials: Our collections are focused on recycling materials, particularly old shoes and other textile waste. This minimizes waste and reduces dependence on primary resources.
- Development of innovative materials: We are actively experimenting and developing our expertise in recycling and creating material from old sneakers. Additionally, we are implementing new sustainable materials, such as recycled plastic, repurposed rubber soles, and natural fibers, to reduce environmental impact.
- Minimizing carbon footprint: Reducing carbon emissions by optimizing supply chains and logistics, as well as transitioning to more eco-friendly methods of transporting products.
Production Processes:
- Zero-waste production: We aim to maximize the use of raw materials and minimize production waste by developing methods to recycle materials during the creation process.
- Pre-order system: A significant part of our collection is made to order, ensuring that we do not create unnecessary stock surpluses.
- Production remnants: We collaborate with several suppliers who purchase fabric remnants or defective materials from factories in Korea, which are then used in our designs.
- Reducing water and energy consumption: PLNGNS applies technologies that minimize water and energy usage during production, such as water-based dyes and energy-efficient equipment.
Circular Fashion:
- Multi-functional designs: Our products are designed to be worn in various styles and forms, increasing their versatility and reducing the need for numerous garments.
- Return and recycling program: We plan to implement a program for returning old clothing for recycling, supporting a circular economy.

2. Social Sustainability
Ethical Labor Conditions:
- Transparency in supply chains: We work only with suppliers who adhere to ethical labor standards, ensure fair wages, and provide safe working conditions.
- Supporting local manufacturers: PLNGNS strives to collaborate with local manufacturers and small businesses, contributing to the development of local communities and the economy.
Social Responsibility:
- Educational initiatives: We will launch campaigns aimed at raising awareness about the importance of sustainable consumption and proper garment care, teaching customers how to extend the life of their products.
- Inclusive design and diversity: We create collections that cater to a wide range of sizes, gender identities, and ethnic groups, promoting equality and inclusivity in fashion.
- Charity and social initiatives: A portion of our profits will be directed towards supporting charitable and social initiatives related to environmental protection and social equity promotion.

3. Long-term Goals and Partnerships
Collaboration with sustainable partners: We intend to work with organizations that share our sustainability values, such as suppliers of eco-friendly materials, environmental activists, and brands focused on recycling innovations.
Support for the Ukrainian fashion industry:
PLNGNS plans to actively contribute to the promotion and support of the Ukrainian fashion industry by launching joint projects that highlight the cultural uniqueness and innovative approaches of Ukrainian designers, thereby fostering sustainable development in the Ukrainian fashion scene.
Goals for the next 5 years:
- Complete replacement of primary materials with recycled ones by 2027.
- Reducing the carbon footprint of production by at least 50% in 5 years.
- Implementing a clothing collection and recycling program that will recycle up to 30% of sold items.
This strategy will help PLNGNS grow in line with sustainability principles while strengthening our position as an innovator in ecological and social responsibility within the fashion industry.
